Receptionist, Community Clinics - Tuia Te Ora (1.0FTE)

Start your journey with us - right now we are looking for a Receptionist to join our awesome team based in Tuia Te Ora, Whangarei. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Greet and check in patients in a timely manner
- Booking and scheduling of patients in the systems
- Undertake general administrative day to day tasks as and when required
- Manage all general queries in a professional manner. This includes face to face, over the phone, and email queries
- Communicate with other team members effectively to ensure tasks are managed effectively
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a Customer Service based role and have general computer-based skills.
Previous experience working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
