Clinical Governance Advisor

We are currently looking to recruit an professional and driven Clinical Governance Advisor to join our team and help us provide exceptional care and services to our patients.
Reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager, you will be responsible for responding to patient complaints and employee Health & Safety incidents promptly and professionally, escalating more serious complaints and incidents to the Manager for further investigation and producing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
This is a part-time role of 3-4 days per week, primarily based in our support office and with the possibility of hybrid working. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare complaints/incident management, be highly organized, possess excellent written skills and be proficient with PMS and Microsoft Office tools.
