Clinical Administrator

Mary Potter Hospice is recruiting for a Clinical Administrator to join the Inpatient Unit Team. This role provides comprehensive administrative support and acts as liaison with the wider Hospice Team as well as external partners and stakeholders.
This role is busy and varied, and it is pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of our service. It is the first point of contact for a number of our patients and visitors. As you can imagine, being process driven and flexible is key in this role.
We are looking for a special someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability to work within a confidential environment
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and is known to settle others in a crisis
- A high attention to detail
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills (MS Office suite)
- Proven success at understanding critical and urgent requirements and prioritising their own work to achieve objectives
- A history of building appropriate constructive and effective relationships
