Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is the Primary Health Organisation for the Nelson Tasman region. PHOs lead and coordinate primary health care within the local community.

We are on the lookout for an outstanding:

Practice Relationship Manager

Part-time: 72 hours per fortnight (0.9 FTE)

For the right candidate this may be negotiable

We need someone who's not just about the job but is also enthusiastic, hardworking and ready to embrace change.

Working collaboratively, you will facilitate proactive engagement and close communication with General Practice teams around the needs of their population

If you are experienced in:

• Primary Care (rural settings an advantage)
• Building and sustaining strong relationships
• Patient Management Systems
• General Practice business models and how they affect their system development.

And are:
