Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) & Variance Response Management (VRM) Resource Pool

Permanent positions available (within the 0.4FTE to 1.0FTE range) working mainly PM and night shifts

Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) 

This CCDM/VRM permanent resource pool role requires you to practice both independently and in collaboration with your nursing colleagues and other health professionals to assess consumers health needs. You will utilise your advanced knowledge and experience in general surgical/medical/acute care nursing to provide quality care, advice and support consumers to manage their own health. 

As we continue to grow our team, to meet service needs, we have a number of positions available working between 0.4FTE and full-time.  (I.E. 32 to 80 hours a fortnight.). These positions will predominantly work afternoon and night shifts across a variety of wards/units at Nelson Hospital.

You will have current NZNC registration and a practising certificate and will be a vibrant and enthusiastic registered nurse or enrolled nurse with at least 2 years post-registration general surgical / medical / acute care nursing experience. It will be important that you have a commitment to providing a quality service and being part of a high performing team. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and will enjoy keeping up to date with clinical practice.

The full-time equivalent salary range, if a RN is appointed, is $64.291 through to $83,186 based on the current NZNO Nursing and Midwifery MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and registration in NZ.

The full-time equivalent salary range, if an EN is appointed, is $54,432 to $62,847, based on the current NZNO Nursing and Midwifery MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and registration in NZ.
