Recent practice change initiatives include introducing a new Induction of Labour Protocol. Our midwives work in partnership with women and their families/whanau, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective care.
Hours of work will be up to full time working rostered, rotating shifts.
Employing over 2500 people, MidCentral offers a supportive work environment that accepts and values all employees. We actively seek Māori kaimahi into our workforce and provide an environment which delivers our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
