Flexible assertive community treatment is a newly implemented model including multi-professional cohesion centred around a plan of care. We are actively recruiting for a registered nurse who is passionate about effective community engagement, prioritises working alongside whanau for positive outcomes, and who sees the benefits of working in a team based approach.
The new model of care Te Mātāpuna o te Ora, focuses on an integrated treatment approach for those who would benefit from mental health and addiction services.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, is committed to ensuring culturally responsive care, and is excited by supporting recovery using contemporary practice models.
