We have fantastic opportunities for motivated and caring NZ Registered Nurses to join our Acute stroke unit/Assessment, treatment and rehabilitation ward.

The ASU/ATR multi-disciplinary team provides clinical assessments and interventions for patients who require hyper/acute stroke care and extensive rehabilitation. ASU/ATR ward is a purpose-built rehabilitation and acute stroke unit.

We are looking for someone who:

  • At least 1-year post-graduate nursing experience
  • A passion for stroke care and rehabilitation
  • A customer and team focused approach to patient care
  • High attention and detail pertaining to patient focused care, process, policy communication and documentation
  • Experience in communicating effectively with the multidisciplinary team, patients and family/whanau in a supportive and culturally caring environment.
