Ko te kaupapa | About the role
Te Whatu Ora, Whanganui focus is on our community and our people. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated permanent full-time Service Desk Analyst within the Data and Digital Services department to provide 1st level support to a wide range of customers.
You will share responsibility for managing all incoming incidents and service requests using our service management tools. This can, at times, be a fast paced and challenging environment where you are expected to understand how the small decisions you make can impact patient care.
Your ability to think creatively, gather relevant and useful information in order to resolve issues, document clearly, look for trends to assist in planning and mitigating problems will make you a valuable member of the team.

Skills and Experience:
- Excellent and proven communication and customer services skills.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
- ITIL foundation qualification
- A minimum of 2+ years of ICT troubleshooting experience with hardware and software, or similar customer services support role.
- Computer literacy and experience working with/understanding of MS Office suite
- Adult training experience (preferred)
