Are you an experienced personal assistant or team administrator who is energetic, proactive & passionate about your work? Then we have an exciting role just for you!
We have a vacancy within the Clinical Services and Planned care team.
If you thrive on variety and supporting a professional solution-focused team then this will be a great fit for you. This role include creating and managing documents, production of reports and/or presentations, meeting management, and supporting other Management Assistants across the business, project support if required and many other daily duties to support the normal functioning of the busy team. There is also a component of stock control and procurement.

To be successful in the role you will:
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have effective communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a high level of computer literacy and competence in office technology systems.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritise work, juggle demands and, above all, a can-do attitude.
- Initiative -finding better ways of doing things because process improvement is key.
- Approachable with a can-do attitude
- An ability to co-ordinate projects and to keep activities moving forward to completion.
