About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of the CSTS service clinical governance and alliancing functions. The Committee and Project Administrator facilitates the effective functioning of a range of CSTS Committees, acting as a resource to committee chairs and senior CSTS staff and providing coordination / administrative support to projects and initiatives being led by these committees and groups. This role also provides personal assistant functions for the Medical Leads of Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology and Clinical Haematology.
This is a fixed term role for one year, working 32 hours a week.

The Cancer Screening, Treatment and Support (CSTS) Cluster overseas a large programme of work that seeks to both reduce the incidence of cancer as well as, for those with cancer, to reduce the burden this disease has on individuals, whānau and communities.

About you
To be our successful applicant you will need:
- At least three years' experience working in an administrative role, including experience in supporting committees or steering groups.
- To be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, prioritise and self-manage your workload, to coordinate and support projects and to deliver against commitments.
Ideally you will be familiar with the Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora environment and preferably cancer services.
