Mō te tūranga ' About the role
Health NZ/Te Whatu Ora Whanganui is looking to recruit experienced and flexible administrators for the administration resource (casual) pool. This position will offer an exciting variety of administration work within all clinical services of the hospital from wards, theatre, outpatients, emergency dept, mental health, records and community services. The work will include reception, telephonist work, appointment bookings, and other administration work.
Most of the roles are Monday to Friday 08:00am to 16:30pm, however there are positions which have shifts between Monday to Sunday, 07:00am to 23:00pm.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is courteous and friendly people who have outstanding customer service skills working with patients, families, visitors and hospital staff;
- Is competent experience in computer literacy including MS Word and Teams (experience in WebPAS and Clinical Portal is desirable)
- Has flexibility is critical as is a willingness to learn and to take instructions;
- Has an ability to manage and prioritise your work along with an exceptional level of accuracy;
- Is able to work in a team, as well as support all team members; and able to work in isolation.
- Has an understanding of how the health system works is desirable, with experience working in a demanding area
