Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay is seeking Midwives to join our team of professionals in providing excellent care to approximately 2200 women and their whanau/families annually.
Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay’s maternity facilities are unique in that, in addition to our main secondary care birthing facility we are the only Region in New Zealand with a co-located Primary Birthing Unit. Last year 700 women benefited from our purpose-built contemporary home from home facilities, where women are actively supported and encouraged to birth naturally.
