We are offering the opportunity to showcase your skills in our 25 bed Assessment, Treatment and Rehabilitation unit at Hawke’s Bay Hospital. We are seeking a professional person who actively demonstrates our hospital values in everything they do. You will work in partnership with patients, whānau, and the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high quality, patient-centred rehabilitation for our community. You will support and guide rotational Physiotherapists and students, and be actively involved in ongoing quality improvement within the rehabilitation unit.
You will be part of a diverse and supportive wider team of acute and subacute Physiotherapists. We value continued professional development, mentoring, supervision and on-going training. You will have access to weekly in-service training, special interest working groups, and training opportunities to develop your clinical and leadership skills. We have a Physiotherapy Professional Lead to support your growth and promote the physiotherapy service throughout our hospital.
We are looking for an Experienced Rehabilitation Physiotherapist:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
• New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with current annual practising certificate (APC).
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience - preferably some time in rehabilitation.
