Wheelchair and Seating Therapist - OT or Physiotherapist

Seating To Go is a specialised wheelchair, seating and postural management service that is part of Geneva Healthcare. Our team of expert assessors and technicians provide a comprehensive person-centred service, from assessment and training, to equipment repairs, servicing & modifications. We provide services to ACC, Whaikaha (formerly MoH) and private clients.

About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga
We have a full-time position available (part time also considered), 40 hours, 5 days per week within the Seating To Go therapy team. Our clients are based right through the Waikato, Lakes and Bay of Plenty regions. We welcome applications from therapists to join our experienced Hamilton based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a person-centred, innovative and creative Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, to join our Geneva Healthcare - Seating To Go team. You would join a team of technicians and therapists working in wheelchair and seating provision with people of all ages and abilities. What we do makes a difference to how people are able to participate in everyday life.
Whilst we would prefer applicants to have experience in wheelchair and seating assessments or an associated field, we are also open to providing a development opportunity to a therapist who has limited experience but an active interest in this field. Reliability, ability to manage self and time, good communication and team skills and computer literacy are essential, as is a clean, full driver's licence.
You must be registered with the Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy Board and have or be eligible for an annual practicing certificate.
