About the role
We are looking for two exceptional Theatre Team Leaders (ACNM - equivalent) with experience in Plastics and General/Gynae/Urology. You will be responsible for leading a specialised team to ensure clinical excellence, providing high quality, patient-focused care within our Perioperative Unit. You will work closely with the Theatre Services Manager and other Theatre Team Leaders, assisting with rosters and other staff management tasks.
About you
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a can do, will do attitude and a demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services.
You will also demonstrate and have the following qualities/skills:
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Current New Zealand Nursing Council annual practicing certificate
- Excellent knowledge and skills in orthopaedic surgical nursing
- Effective, clear communication skills
- Excellent risk management skills
