We have a unique role on offer with two portfolios.
•    Helping the organisation to meet our needs for nursing and midwifery recruitment, attracting talent, engaging potential candidates, interviewing and ensuring our new staff are on-boarded successfully.
•    Supporting our agency HCA’s and coordinating their professional development. Our HCA come from various backgrounds with varied clinical skills. They are a vital component to Lakes and we are committed to supporting their development through this role.

The successful candidate will have relevant hospital clinical experience, including exposure to recruitment processes. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable and be prepared to think creatively to find solutions.

Salary range: $106,601 - $117,373
