Clinical Nurse Manager - Adult Inpatient Unit

Are you interested in expanding your knowledge, skills, and experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)? We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for an experienced senior nurse at Te Whare Maiangiangi, Tauranga's Adult Inpatient Unit.
The CNM role is responsible for providing advanced professional leadership and management to the nursing workforce in Te Whare Maiangiangi. This role contributes to implementing Toi Ora systems of care, to enable achieving Te Toi Ahorangi and Pae Ora. The role provides an opportunity to make a positive difference to improve health outcomes, in particular for tāngata whenua.
The role along with other Toi Ora roles, contributes to enhancing Mental Health services to support clinical excellence through evidence-based nursing practice underpinned by Mātauranga informed models of care

About you
You will have a wide scope of knowledge, skills and experiences that you would bring to this role. While previous Senior Nurse experience is preferred, what we seek is someone with passion, energy and behaviours consistent with our values.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Significant experience in Mental Health, preferably in an inpatient setting
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to support patients, whānau, and staff, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Passionate about leveraging team strengths to foster collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care.
