Health New Zealand I Te Whatu Ora Waitemata is a dynamic and progressive organisation at the forefront of innovative health delivery, working with New Zealand’s most culturally diverse populations.

Our district have been implementing CCDM [Care Capacity Demand Management] for the past few years. We have recently expanded our focus from Trendcare Coordinators to integrating Safe Staffing and CCDM components. We are seeking additional staff to fill roles assisting services in the implementation of programme components. In addition to working directly with the frontline clinical teams, these roles are integrated into a broader team that ensures data collection and documentation are accurate within TrendCare and ensures the CCDM programme is implemented and maintained efficiently.

We are seeking self-motivated, highly motivated, and innovative individuals to join our team. 

The applicant must be a Registered Nurse/Midwife with a current New Zealand annual practising certificate. Candidates with knowledge of health IT and analytical skills would be an advantage.
