We’re inviting you to join Āhua Tohu Pōkangia-Perioperative Services Directorate. We employ and train expert teams who perform a wide range of surgical procedures for tāngata whaiora within a diverse range of 40 operating rooms and a Hybrid OR. We are the only centre in New Zealand performing heart, lung and liver transplantation in addition to paediatric open heart surgeries. Our service makes use of the latest and most innovative technologies which include Robotic Zeego.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skils
You will already have at least 1 year of recent OR experience within a large tertiary hospital and are ready to further develop your practice within the Perioperative environment. Working with a multi-disciplinary perioperative team, you will need a positive attitude, an innovative and adaptable approach to practice, excellent communication skills and a real commitment to providing excellent care within the Perioperative environment.
