Clinical Charge Midwife - Tamaki (Full time or part time)

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are looking for midwives who are up to this challenge! As a Clinical Charge Midwife, you will work closely with Midwife Specialists, Charge Midwives and members of the multi-disciplinary team. You will be the go-to person for advice and support. In this role, you have an overview of the occupancy and acuity in Maternity.
The role will be based in Tamaki Ward. This is an antenatal and postnatal inpatient area with 35 beds, which also specialises in caring for complex whanau who have a network of support services. We provide whanau centred care, in partnership with their LMC.
There is the possibility of working part-time or full-time in this role

We are looking for midwives who:
- Are passionate for whanau centred, evidence-based care.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in: primary birthing, postnatal, care of the late preterm infant and care planning for these whānau.
