Weekend Cook - Tupu Ora (Residential Service)

- We are seeking a Weekend Cook to join our team at Tupu Ora - Residential Eating Disorders, for one weekend shift per week.
- 8 hours per week/16 hour per fortnight
- Role is based in Parnell, close to transport links.
- Hourly rate based on qualifications ($25.00 to $29.68 per hour)
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Tupu Ora is the Regional Eating Disorders Service. It is a regional specialist service providing assessment and treatment for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. Tupu Ora also provides consultation to and liaison with community services and hospitals in the Metro Auckland region as well as specialist support to Northland and the Midland region.
The Tupu Ora Eating Disorders Unit (TOEDU) is a nine-bedded unit. The unit provides an eating disorder intensive treatment programme for clients aged 15+ who have a diagnosis of an eating disorder AN, BN and/or EDNOS. Individualised treatment plans are constructed to meet the unique needs of the client including initial assessment, weight restoration, and stabilisation and harm reduction pathways.
The Weekend Cook provides high quality meals to clients. Also, to ensure the meals served are stored at the correct temperatures and meal presentation exceeds customer experience.

We are looking for someone who:
- Previous cooking experience
- Food Hygiene qualification
- Achieved NCEA Level three in English and Mathematics
