Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Facilities & Development (F&D) team are responsible for the management, maintenance and upkeep of all Te Toka Tumai Auckland owned buildings, and plant (e.g. boiler rooms) including infrastructure. The F&D team are also responsible for the development of new facilities, as well as the refurbishment of existing spaces, operated by Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
You will provide professional health and safety advice and support to the F&D team. You will work with Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, consultants, and our operational team to ensure the safety of our staff, the public, contractors, and patients/visitors at Te Toka Tumai Auckland.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
To qualify for this role you will have / be : -
- A tertiary qualification in a Health and Safety and/or related field
- Experience in a Health and Safety Advisor role
- Experienced and competent in Microsoft Office suite of products
An added advantage would be if you have Health and Safety experience in a healthcare setting and have a qualification in : -
- Safety Auditing
- Accident Investigation
