We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical administrator to join the team at Kainga Tiaki, Community Mental Health Centre.
You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills when carrying out reception and telephone duties as well as competence in general administrative tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with accuracy and integrity is required. You will need to be highly organised, flexible and able to easily prioritise tasks.
The right person will have a positive attitude, with excellent communication skills, be culturally aware and able to work with discretion and confidentially. Finally if you are customer focused and strive for positive outcomes then you may be the person for this role.
Experience in the health sector would be an advantage, however full training will be provided. A full clean New Zealand driver licence is a requirement for this position.
This position is with Kainga Tiaki, Community Mental Health Centre in Mount Eden, Auckland. There may be a requirement to work at other sites on occasion.
