CLINICAL QUALITY & EDUCATION COORDINATOR - KAIRURUKU (0.6 FTE)

We are currently seeking a Clinical Quality and Education Coordinator - Kairuruku to play a vital role in our organisation. This position will focus on ensuring we maintain quality standards and best practices across the clinical aspects of our organisation. In addition to managing an Educational Roadmap for staff and external partners.
You will be instrumental in:
- Strengthening our partnerships to those providing palliative care
- Developing a system that supports facilitators to implement our educational priorities
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures, keeping abreast of new developments and changes
- Ensuring the organisation is maintaining clinical standards and best practices to meet audit requirements

We are a patient/whānau-led service that operates 24/7, providing specialised palliative care across the Whanganui, Waimarino, and South Taranaki regions. - Passionate about holistic care and improving health outcomes
- Has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
- Proactive, with strong time management and exceptional communication skills
- Well-versed in the health sector and politically astute to sector changes and developments
- Holds a good understanding of te reo me ōna tikanga
