In addition to our vein to vein service in transfusion we also provide national services in organ transplantation, cellular therapies and tissue banking. About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Programme Coordinator - Clinical to support the delivery of clinically led strategic projects and programmes. This role involves effective coordination, administration, and reporting activities, organising key project details, and coordinating team and stakeholder activities. You will assist with project planning, reporting, and monitoring, as well as managing schedules, project meetings, budgets, resources, and communications among team members and stakeholders.
About you
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career. To succeed, you should be highly motivated and organised. Experience in project coordination/management or senior administration roles, and a solid understanding of project management best practices are ideal. Most importantly, you should align with our shared values, take an empathetic approach, and possess:
- Experience with project management methods, documentation, controls, and reporting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Sophisticated interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade, influence, communicate, facilitate, coordinate, and manage the human implications of change.
- Ability to work autonomously on own initiative.

- Salary starting from $73,318 - $86,257 depending on skills and experience.
- 4 weeks and 2 days (4.4 weeks) annual leave per annum, moving to 5 weeks after 5 years' service. Long service - 2 weeks leave after 10 years' service and a one weeks' leave following any subsequent period of 5 years' service.
