Whangarei is situated about two hours north of Auckland.  We have approximately 245 beds offering a full range of secondary care to the population of Northland (150,000).  We have positions in general medicine, surgery, EENT, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, renal, geriatric medicine, Urology, Orthopaedics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine and relievers.

We require House Officers (year two minimum) and Senior House Officers (year three minimum), commencing immediately.  All runs are for three months or longer rotations.  You will need to have passed ACLS course.

YOU MUST HAVE either general or be eligible for registration with the New Zealand Medical Council (www.mcnz.org.nz to find out).
